Dear Ho customer support,  My name is Yasmina and my email is yasmina.ariyem@gmail.com I am using someone else account to reach you because your website does not allow me do anything. I have problems with activation of e-sim that i have bought. I keep recieving that the acctivation was not possible even though i did everything as it is said in the instructions. The problem is that your app and the website does not work well since it cannot focus when taking picture or video, the camera cannot take a good quality photos or videos. Therefore i kindly ask you if it is possible for me to send you via email a good quality video and photo of my documents with my face, to procceed with the activation ?
