Extra charge for the activation

I had to pay twice for the activation of my Sim. Please let me know where can k request for a refund.

Hello @Ekhan , I inform you that when you purchase the SIM, no charge is made, but only a payment authorization, which remains in a "suspended" state and will be completed when it is shipped or when it is actually activated if purchased from the app, or canceled (with refund of the amount) within 30 days by the same bank / postal manager if the order is not successful.
