Internet slow showing 'E'

Hi @Fk2, I ask you to carry out this procedure without being connected to a wifi network: go to the phone settings, select the 2G network, if you have an iPhone select the 3G network. After selecting the network, type the following string on the phone's keyboard : ##21*1234# and press the green send button and then turn off the phone for 30 seconds and then turn it back on again. After turning the device back on, wait for 2G to appear and then switch the network back to 4G and check.

To try to speed up the connection, try following this procedure: deactivate Wifi, enter the settings of your device and move the network from 4G to 2G (3G if it is an iPhone), wait for E to appear and turn off the device for a few minute. Turn it back on, wait for the E to reappear and switch the network back to 4G. The switch and turning off (not restarting) the smartphone lead to the acquisition of a new priority on the cell and a consequent improvement in the quality of the network.

Instead of 4g it shows 'E' and is incredibly slow. I still have a large balance of data available but it is running either very slowly or not working at all. How do I resolve this?
