Reusing a prepaid SIM

I bought prepaid sim card from you on my last trip to Italy which was last April. On March I go to another trip in Italy and would like to use the same sim card and just top up. I opened your app in order to check how will I do that and it shows like as if I owe you 8€ for some reason. I think it wanted to automatically renew my package, but I wasn't in Italy...
Can you check this issue and update me how can I top up my sim card?
