It’s been a few days now. Any update on why my speed has been throttled?

I topped up my data sim which I use for WiFi a few days ago, but it’s currently giving me a speed of less than 1mb/s.

I’ve had connectivity issues before where I’ve tried to renew the 200GB tariff, but this is a monthly renewal which shouldn’t throttle my rate.

Let me know what you can do to resolve this, thanks.
