Cari tutti,

Sul vostro sito web ho ordinato una scheda SIM che doveva essere da 180 GB per 7,99 euro. Quando sono andato in negozio a ritirarla, a casa è risultato che la mia SIM costa 8,99 euro al mese e contiene solo 100 GB. È possibile risolvere questo problema? Non sono in grado di recarmi di nuovo al negozio dove ho acquistato la scheda SIM.

On your website, I ordered a SIM card that was supposed to be 180 GB for 7,99 euros. When I went to the store to pick it up, at home it came out, that my SIM card costs 8,99 euros per month and it contains only 100 GB. Is it possible to fix that issue?
