Hi @Samin, the renewal of the promotion is automatic upon expiration, therefore if there is credit it will be renewed. Deactivate auto-recharge if it is active.

If you have automatic top-up enabled, deactivate it in the app from My offer, Auto-top-up. Then stop manually topping up as well. However, if the remaining credit on the SIM is sufficient to cover the cost, the offer will continue to renew on the day it expires.
