Activation problem

Hello, my card got declined and my offer could not get renewed, however my card issue got fixed but my offer still hasn’t gotten renewed and I am trying to recharge the sim card with 5€ via the app in order to activate the offer but it doesn’t get recharged even though my credit card has money inside. Right now my data are not working and I can’t make phone calls because of that issue. How can I fix this?
