I had more 5 euro in ny account. This morning i add 5 euros to recharge forthis month. But after that i saw Not only did my account balance not increase, but it became -1.28. And now my account is not recharged and I have no internet. I work continuously with the internet and now I have no internet. Please follow up as soon as possible because it is very urgent.
