Hello. I have had a Ho contract for two months now for the price of 5.99€ for a 100GB package, but for this month it has charged me 11.99€. What is the reason and how can I revert back to 5.99€? Thank you

Hello @Mahradfeyzbaxsh, the €5.99 offer is only available for transferring a number of one of the virtual operators provided ad ho. Has the number been ported? If the switch has not taken place, the offer switches to full price.
