Hello @Deepan, can't you recharge or can't you activate automatic recharge? The auto recharge service can be activated from the App or from the personal area of the site. You can activate, deactivate or change the payment method associated with the Auto Top-up service independently from the App or from the personal area of the site in the My offer area. The payment method can also be managed from the App in the Manage my profile area or from the personal area of the site by accessing the My Profile / Payments section. Once the service is activated, we will top up two days before the renewal of your offer. If you activate the service between 48 and 24 hours before the renewal, the self-reload will be carried out 24 hours before the renewal of the offer.
