has the reported problem been resolved? Have you tried restarting your device?
Try to make a network switch: Go into your phone settings and move the network from 4G/5G to 2G (3G if it is an iPhone) wait for the E to appear, turn off the device for a few minutes.
Turn it back on, wait for the E to reappear and switch the network back to 4G/5G.
If this fails, check the functionality of the SIM in another device.
