Recharhing the sim card

Hello. I tried several attempts to recharge my sim but that did not work (either from the app or PC). I would like to know what is the problem as I really need my sim card to be reactivated again and I could not succeed contacting your customer service to speak about my issue. Please either solve the issue or call me as soon as possuble.

I did recharge my sim today in urgent I did sim recharge which I have ported last month is that amount will refund or it automatically replace with my new ported number,

Or that money will refund me?
