i ordered a sim online for my friend. but it takes 5 days to recieve so we want to cancel it and buy from stores. but i couldnt cancel it.
even i entered shiping address wrongly. what should i do to cancel the order?

I ordered an SIM online but I cancelled after 1 day , site told me I will be received the refund in 2 weeks , but today the SIM that I cancelled, delivered to my house.
So I still need the refund because I cancelled the online order
