Hi there.
We bought a 200 GB-Data-Card in Mai 22 for Italy. It worked very well and at the end of the Hollidays in June, we had still 120GB data to be used.
Now, I asked you two weeks ago, if this offer works also in foreign countries as France, Spain and Portugal and supports Hotspot.
Yes, was the answer.
So, we bought another 200GB in September and traveled through France to Spain. In Spain, the data were still 125GB, but there was no connection to the Internet possible. I bought then data for 20 € more. After a Day, this money was gone and the datas still 125GB left!?
Were is the problem?

Guten Tag.
In Italien hatten wir 200 GB für einen Monat und haben die Hälfte gebraucht. Am 1. 9. Angebot reaktiviert und nach zwei Tagen verlangt die App wieder Geld??!! Die Daten bleiben bei 124.38 hängen?!
Danke für ein Feedback.
