Hi @Jetset767it, checks if the version of the operating system is the same for all devices and update if present. If you can try to install the App on a different brand device and if you still can't, you can activate the Sim in one of our centers. We remain available, good evening.

Having problems with activation
App keeps saying problem with camera I tried iPhone X iPhone 8 iphone 6plus and still unable to activate. I check permissions to access camera are set ok.
