1) On Oct 18, I was billed 3.07 EUR on top of my contract, for access in "Turkey", --although I was 50+km away from the turkish border, inland in Greece, and the phone had correctly registered in Greece even the day before. I was on the mainland, not an island or a boat! My SMS to object went unanswered! 2) Today, I receive an SMS that tomorrow, my card will be recharged monthly, but the APP says in THREE days. Which is it?! 3) The whatsapp support is an incompetent bot that does not want to help. Should it be impossible to talk to an actual, competent human at ho?! I found none on all the website. Thanks to all the volunteers! Shame they should abuse you like that.
