Hello, my offer at ho couldn’t be recharged even though I payed and got charged for the recharge of my offer and now I can make calls or send messages and I can only receive calls. In the ho app it says to call the number of ho but I couldn’t talk with any employees it was only the automated voicemail. Please help me.
