Roaming Spain

The last 3 weeks we spent holidays in Spain. With our SIM Card of HO. we had to pay aditionally 30 Euro although we had enough data volume. EU Roaming was not working, why?

if roaming hadn't worked you wouldn't have been able to connect. Free data traffic in Europe is limited, in relation to the cost of your offer. for example, if your offer costs 5.99 euros, the free data traffic will be 4gb, as required by European standards.
