Hello, before I acctive the sim card,
I paid online 18 euro and it is lessend from my bank account. You colleague told me that it is a mistake and got me another 18 euro in presence and told me that you ahould ask them for refund.

in merito al problema con il pagamento della ricarica tramite apple pay ho contattato la apple dopo che voi mi avevate detto che era tutto a posto e mi hanno detto che potreste aver messo delle restrizioni sulle carte per il pagamento... potete fare delle verifiche più approfondite per cortesia? mi avete sempre dato delle risposte approssimative e frettolose... attendo riscontro. grazie
