the number you see +3945117 is the active default and non-changeable setting which is set automatically if the ho.called service is active.

Hi Thank you for your reply. I tried using the code ##002# and it shows a message that call forwarding is disabled. But again when I go and check in the settings it shows that number. Which I have mentioned. Especially in forward when busy and not reachable.

try typing the following string on your phone keypad which deactivates all
call forwarding services that may be active on your line:

##002# [send]

Hi, My calls are being forwarded to a number which I didn't activate. +39 45117 is that number. I can't deactivate that setting because it says the operator ho is not allowing to deactivate.
